Michael Kracyla spent over 20 years in U.S. Army Special Forces, serving as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 across some of the most demanding combat environments American operators have faced. His decorations — Silver Star with Valor, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart (Combat Wounded) — are not résumé lines. They are the record of a man who was tested at the highest level and held the standard every time.

In 2024, Michael transitioned out of military service with one objective: to bring the systems, discipline, and leadership culture of Special Forces into the veteran and civilian business world. As President and Co-Founder of Business Sergeant, he now leads the day-to-day operations of a company built to do exactly that.
